Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in the Family Services Directorate. As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading clinical pharmacy services in our specialist area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Lead and develop clinical pharmacy services, including audit and research
  • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, including pharmacists and technicians
  • Support the Medicines Reconciliation Service and one-stop dispensing service

Requirements
  • Vocational Master's degree in Pharmacy, plus pre-registration training and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience as a Clinical Pharmacist, with a minimum of four years post-qualification experience
