About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to healthcare professionals on medication management and safety.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to medication management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new services and programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of hospital experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
  • Strong knowledge of medication management and safety principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
