About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes and safety
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of hospital experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacy practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
