Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in the Family Services Directorate. As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading clinical pharmacy services in our specialist area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Lead and develop clinical pharmacy services, including audit and research
  • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, including pharmacists and technicians
  • Support the Medicines Reconciliation Service and one-stop dispensing service

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a strong background in clinical pharmacy services. You will have a Master's degree in Pharmacy, postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy, and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. You will also have previous experience in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues.
