Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist in Family Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to make a positive contribution to patient care and lead the delivery of Clinical Pharmacy services in a specialist clinical area.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and other members of the multidisciplinary team, leading and developing relevant clinical and pharmaceutical audit and research, and contributing to the development of the Pharmacy Vision and Values Strategy.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced clinical pharmacy services in Family Services, including leading and delivering Clinical Pharmacy services in a specialist clinical area.
  • Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Lead and develop relevant clinical and pharmaceutical audit and research.
  • Contribute to the development of the Pharmacy Vision and Values Strategy.
  • Support the Clinical Pharmacy Team Manager in the delivery of the Pharmacy Vision and Values Strategy.
