Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all commercial and operational functions of the venue, ensuring optimal performance in racing and events.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with both annual and long-term objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and sponsors.
  • Ensure compliance with all racing industry regulations and promote best practices.
  • Act as a representative for the venue, upholding its reputation and values.
  • Lead innovation initiatives to differentiate the venue from competitors.
  • Manage a team to execute financial and operational plans effectively.
  • Facilitate a culture of agility and responsiveness within the team.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality racing surfaces and facilities for all participants.
  • Collaborate with catering teams to meet financial and operational standards.
