Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all commercial and operational functions of the venue, ensuring optimal performance in racing and events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability while enhancing customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and HR to drive strategic planning and operational execution.
  • Manage financial planning, monitoring performance, and addressing variances in line with company reporting timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and media.
  • Ensure compliance with racing industry regulations and best practices.
  • Act as a representative for the venue, upholding its reputation and values.
  • Lead innovation initiatives to distinguish the racecourse from competitors.

  • Oversee the management of racing operations, ensuring the highest standards of care for horses and participants.
  • Coordinate catering plans and monitor performance against financial targets.
