**Vehicle Parts Supervisor required in Chepstow.**
- Starting salary is up to £28,000 per annum plus a rewarding bonus scheme providing an OTE of £31,000
- 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with an earlier finish on a Friday.

Our client, a franchise approved car dealer groups head office situated in the Chepstow region, are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Parts Supervisor to join their business to cover their prep centre and bodyshop parts team.

Reporting to the Group Parts Manager, as the Vehicle Parts Supervisor you will be responsible for formulating and executing all vehicle parts ‘outward and internal facing’ sales strategy and significantly driving forward the financial performance of the Parts Department. The role demands a review of current approaches and practices, actively exploring new and alternative initiatives with a primary focus on delivering benchmark parts sales and industry leading financial performance across all sites. You will be responsible for health and safety of your team and area and promote safe working at all times. Motivational leadership and the ability to influence the key stakeholders within the function is a critical part of this role as is the ability to demonstrably show the return on investment. Working closely with our client's senior management team you will be responsible for a diverse team that will deliver robust parts sales growth, margin targets and a high level of customer service in line with their business strategy.

In order to be eligible, you will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience at a management level, ideally working within a franchise approved vehicle dealership. You will also need to be IT literate given you will work daily with a dealer management and electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with mínimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.
