**Your responsibilities**:
- Assist Service Delivery Executives in planning and implementing project requirements.
- Support project team expenditure and administration.
- Manage weekly de-install timesheets accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date staff and project records.
- Assist in correlating information for project site surveys and reports.
- Handle inbound phone calls for the department.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Support project teams, including travel and logistics arrangements.
- Coordinate with logistics companies for service costs and tracking.
- Assist with Brexit administration for inbound shipments.
- Produce project completion reports with variation analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and solutions.
- Undertake general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and shredding.
**About you**:
- The client is looking for someone who has strong communication, customer service and computer skills.
- Ability to work as part of the team and individually.
- Previous administrative experience would be advantageous, however for the right person full training will be provided.
