Office Administrator and PA

**Duties**:

- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Providing clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Managing and organizing office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed
- Preparing correspondence and preparing reports
- Updating web and social media content

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken and wirtten communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in clerical duties and office organization
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and equipment
- Experience with Sage or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience with Maximizer or similar CRM is a plus

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time role with typical office hours. The role is office-based but hybrid working may be possible once sufficiently experienced.
