- Preparing documents and reports using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Producing business proposals and quotations
- Dealing with queries from clients & suppliers
- Co-ordinating events such as seminars and workshops
- Providing Administrative Support to the Managing Director
- Maintaining and refining internal processes and systems.
- Participating in departmental projects
- Office Supplies
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholder using excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Required Skills**:

- Competent administrator
- Ability to manage workload with ability to organise logically and methodically
- Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Logical and analytical approach to problem solving

Career progression for the right person

Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
