About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at GB001 Marsh Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of commercial insurance clients within the Transport & Logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure excellent client retention and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by delivering high-quality sales and service to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to support the day-to-day servicing of clients and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to ensure the best possible service to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Transport & Logistics sector and its key challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
