The Role: Insurance Account Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Insurance Account Manager to join our Advisory team. The successful applicant will manage their own portfolio of clients along with Account Executives and the wider servicing team.
You'll be responsible for servicing a range of commercial insurance policies, with a client book which has a number of Transportation & Logistics clients within.

As an Insurance Account Manager, you will also be responsible for managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross selling additional products while handling any additional queries and services that are presented.

We Will Rely On You To
- Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Manage all day-to-day queries, new business, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
- Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and understands and complies with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards to better serve clients.
What You Need To Have
- Previous experience working in the insurance industry, although not required, Cert CII qualified.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
