About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our Advisory team in Shrewsbury. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, working closely with Account Executives and the wider servicing team to deliver exceptional service and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, identify and meet client needs, and ensure service standards are met.
  • Handle day-to-day queries, new business, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer client questions to improve the client experience.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry, preferably with a Cert CII qualification.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
