The Role: Insurance Account Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Insurance Account Manager to join our Advisory team. The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of clients, working closely with Account Executives and the wider servicing team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a range of commercial insurance policies, with a client book that includes Transportation & Logistics clients.
  • Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross-selling additional products, and handling any additional queries and services presented.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Serving as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answering standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
  • Maintaining a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and complying with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards to better serve clients.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry, although not required, Cert CII qualified.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills, demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
