Job Description

**Business Development Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Prime Workforce Solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion targets
  • Nurture and build relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
