Our organization delivers a wide range of courses through various provisions, including AEB Traineeships, Learner Loans, ESF, and is currently listed on RoATP.

Job Purpose

As a highly skilled and motivated Business Growth Manager, your role will be to expand our business across all funding streams, including Learner Loans, AEB Apprenticeships, and Traineeships. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to meet performance and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while building excellent relationships with stakeholders, employers, and referral agencies. Your efforts will contribute to increasing our organization's footprint within the North East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders, employers, and referral agencies to drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to promote opportunities through job boards and other relevant portals.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies across your team to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Produce regular reports for the SMT to illustrate pipeline learners and track progress.
  • Attend networking events to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide effective and timely career, employment, and progression advice and guidance to learners.
  • Attend open days, enrolment events, and meet with external agencies as needed.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, with a strong understanding of sales techniques.
  • Good understanding of working within further education, including funding rules and regulations.
