Senior Customer Strategy Analyst

RS Group is seeking a Senior Customer Strategy Analyst to enhance our analytical capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with delivering insights into customer segments and strategies based on comprehensive customer records and integrated profiles. Your analysis will span global platforms and systems, supporting the strategic implementation and execution of a tailored omni-channel customer experience, thereby enhancing customer value and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Data Evaluation: Design, execute, and present analyses of the customer data master (CDM) golden records utilizing tools such as Snowflake Labs and exploratory techniques. Utilize these records to derive strategic and immediate customer insights aligned with the overarching framework for key customers and their lifecycle stages.
  • Insight Development: Produce strategic insights (covering customer, commercial, and digital aspects) and pinpoint opportunities based on customer segments to bolster customer strategy.
  • Customer Segment Analysis: Create regular reports on customer segments (including HCLV, industry sectors, and others) to monitor performance across the organization.
  • Data Quality Enhancement: Identify potential improvements in data quality and collaborate with regional data quality leaders to propose and monitor process enhancements.
  • Global Analytics Collaboration: Engage with a global community of analytics professionals to share insights on customer segments in alignment with corporate strategy, fostering greater value creation.
  • Regional Partnership: Work closely with performance and optimization analysts across various regions to comprehend customer trends and activities that impact value and opportunities within the customer base.
Candidate Profile:

This position is integral to the CXO function and requires close collaboration with the regional analyst community to share and interpret customer segment performance and identify growth opportunities. Essential qualifications and attributes include:

  • Digital Analytics Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Analytics for tracking and reporting on critical elements of the customer journey.
  • Reporting Tools Knowledge: Skilled in utilizing business objects or Power BI for report creation, interrogation, and insight development.
  • Salesforce Analytics: Familiarity with Salesforce reporting is advantageous.
  • Opportunity Recognition: Ability to proactively uncover opportunities within data and provide insights to facilitate commercial decision-making.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills coupled with commercial awareness.
  • Project Coordination: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting findings to peers and senior management.
  • Narrative Communication: Ability to articulate complex information in a clear manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with tools such as AAM, BO, Power BI, Excel, SPSS, SQL, Exploratory, Snowflake, and Informatica 360 is preferred.
