Position Overview: Senior Customer Performance Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Customer Performance Analyst to enhance our analytical capabilities. This role involves providing critical insights into customer performance by leveraging analytics across multiple platforms to align with strategic goals for customer management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams from Finance, Marketing, Digital, and Sales globally to establish standardized KPIs for effective reporting.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate essential analytical reports for performance evaluations.
  • Insight Generation: Discover opportunities for deeper analysis and provide insights on the performance of customer segments.
  • Performance Analysis: Work alongside regional analysts to address performance issues in digital channels.
  • Commercial Impact: Utilize insights to influence business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Understanding Commercial Dynamics: Analyze regional commercial performance for high-value customers.
  • Segment Performance Evaluation: Assess customer segment performance and evaluate regional marketing initiatives.
  • Market Insights: Analyze external market influences, internal performance metrics, and voice of the customer feedback to identify factors affecting commercial success.
  • Reporting Innovations: Propose new standardized reporting formats to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Quality Enhancement: Suggest improvements in data integrity and metrics to facilitate better insights.

Qualifications:

  • Digital Analytics Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Analytics for tracking customer journeys.
  • Reporting Tools Knowledge: Skilled in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI for report creation.
  • Salesforce Reporting Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce reporting is advantageous.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills coupled with commercial awareness.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in tools including AAM, BO, Power BI, Excel, SPSS, SQL, among others.
