Senior Customer Strategy Analyst

RS Group is seeking a Senior Customer Strategy Analyst to enhance our analytical capabilities. In this position, you will focus on providing insights into customer segments and strategies by utilizing comprehensive customer profiles and golden records. Your role will involve analyzing data from various global platforms to support the strategic implementation of a personalized omni-channel customer experience, ultimately driving customer value and improving Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Data Analysis: Design and execute analyses of the Customer Data Master (CDM) golden records sourced from Informatica 360, employing tools such as Snowflake Labs and exploratory techniques. Utilize these golden records to derive strategic and real-time insights that align with the overarching strategy for core customer segments and their lifecycle stages.
  • Strategic Insights Development: Produce strategic insights across customer, commercial, and digital dimensions, identifying opportunities based on customer segments to bolster customer strategy.
  • Customer Segment Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports on customer segments (including HCLV and industry sectors) to monitor performance metrics across the organization.
  • Data Quality Enhancement: Pinpoint areas for improvement in data quality and collaborate with regional data quality leads to propose and implement process enhancements.
  • Global Community Collaboration: Engage with a global analytics and insights community to disseminate customer segment insights that align with corporate strategy, fostering greater value creation.
  • Regional Teamwork: Work closely with performance and optimization analysts across various regions to gain insights into customer trends and activities that impact value and opportunities within the customer base.
Candidate Profile:

This role is integral to the CXO function and requires close collaboration with the regional analyst community to interpret customer segment performance and identify potential opportunities. Essential qualifications and attributes include:

  • Digital Analytics Expertise: Proficient in utilizing Adobe Analytics for tracking and reporting key elements of the customer journey.
  • Reporting Tools Expertise: Skilled in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Business Objects to create, analyze, and develop insightful reports.
  • Salesforce Reporting Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce reporting is advantageous.
  • Opportunity Recognition: Capable of proactively identifying opportunities within data sets and delivering insights to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills coupled with commercial awareness.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with peers and senior management.
  • Narrative Skills: Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and accessible manner for non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools such as AAM, BO, Power BI, Excel, SPSS, SQL, Exploratory, Snowflake, and Informatica 360 is preferred.
