Position Overview: Senior Customer Performance Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Customer Performance Analyst to enhance our analytical capabilities. This role focuses on providing critical insights into customer performance, leveraging analytics across multiple platforms to align with strategic goals in customer management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams from Finance, Marketing, Digital, and Sales on a global scale to establish standardized KPIs for comprehensive reporting.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate essential analytical reports for performance assessments.
  • Insight Generation: Discover opportunities for deeper analysis and present insights regarding customer segment performance.
  • Performance Challenges: Work alongside regional analysts to address performance issues in digital channels.
  • Commercial Impact: Utilize insights to influence business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.
  • High-Value Customer Analysis: Gain insights into regional commercial performance for key customers.
  • Segment Performance Review: Evaluate customer segment performance and the effectiveness of regional marketing initiatives.
  • Market Insight: Analyze external market dynamics, internal performance metrics, and voice of the customer feedback to identify factors affecting commercial success.
  • Reporting Innovations: Propose new standardized reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Quality Enhancement: Suggest improvements in data integrity and metrics to refine insights.

Qualifications:

  • Digital Analytics Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Analytics for tracking customer journeys.
  • Reporting Tools Expertise: Skilled in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI for report creation.
  • Salesforce Reporting Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce reporting is advantageous.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills paired with commercial insight.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in various analytical tools including AAM, BO, Power BI, Excel, SPSS, SQL, among others.
