About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Performance Specialist to join our team at Tayto Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining the exceptional quality our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze equipment performance and identify potential failure points.
  • Perform detailed root cause analyses to understand equipment malfunctions and develop effective solutions.
  • Utilize advanced condition monitoring techniques to track machinery health and take proactive measures.
  • Liaise daily with onsite teams, including engineering and production, to identify key areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with the Engineering Planner to ensure remedial works are carried out efficiently, with minimal disruption to production.
Requirements
  • HND or HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
  • Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in reliability tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and condition monitoring techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
