Your role will involve analyzing data from various global platforms to support the strategic execution of a tailored omni-channel customer experience, ultimately enhancing customer value and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Data Evaluation: Design and implement analyses of the customer data master (CDM) golden records using advanced tools such as Snowflake Labs. Extract actionable insights that align with our strategic framework for core customers and their lifecycle stages.
- Insight Development: Produce strategic insights across customer, commercial, and digital domains, identifying opportunities based on customer segments to bolster customer strategy.
- Performance Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports on customer segments (HCLV, industry sector, etc.) to monitor performance metrics across the organization.
- Data Quality Enhancement: Recognize areas for improvement in data quality and collaborate with regional leads to recommend and implement process enhancements.
- Global Analytics Collaboration: Engage with a global community of analytics professionals to share insights on customer segments, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and maximizing value creation.
- Regional Insights Collaboration: Work closely with performance and optimization analysts across regions to understand customer trends and activities that influence value and opportunities within the customer base.
This role is integral to the CXO function, requiring close collaboration with regional analysts to interpret customer segment performance and identify strategic opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience in Digital Analytics: Proficiency in using Adobe Analytics for tracking and reporting on key customer journey metrics.
- Reporting Tool Expertise: Strong skills in business objects or Power BI for creating and analyzing reports and insights.
- Salesforce Reporting Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce reporting is advantageous.
- Opportunity Recognition: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities within data to inform commercial decision-making.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with commercial insight.
- Project Management Skills: Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort in presenting to peers and senior leadership.
- Ability to Simplify Complex Information: Skill in conveying complex data narratives to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools such as AAM, BO, Power BI, Excel, SPSS, SQL, Exploratory, Snowflake, and Informatica 360 is preferred.
