Conference Hospitality Coordinator

Salary: 24,835.20 per Annum / 11.94 per Hour, 40 hours per Week (5 days)

We are looking for a dedicated and vibrant Conference Hospitality Coordinator to enhance our exceptional team.

In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for our conference and meeting facilities, ensuring that every aspect of our service aligns with the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include welcoming attendees, confirming event details, managing room arrangements, and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the conference spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attendee Engagement: Warmly welcome attendees and provide comprehensive event information, including room arrangements, break schedules, and facility details.
  • Facility Oversight: Guarantee that all conference areas are impeccably maintained, including signage, cleanliness, and setup of spaces such as dining and meeting areas.
  • Event Management: Confirm and supervise room arrangements based on specific event needs and ensure that all aspects of the event environment are prepared prior to attendee arrival.
  • Safety Protocols: Clearly communicate house rules, emergency procedures, and facility information such as evacuation routes and restroom locations.
  • Catering Services: Ensure seamless service of meals, whether in a dining setting or during conferences, and promptly address any catering-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, event coordination, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations is advantageous.
