About the Role:

We are seeking experienced professionals to support our growing workforce needs. As an HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR-related documentation, including contracts, new starter packs, and employee records.
  • Utilize Oracle Fusion for HR processes and data management.
  • Liaise with staff and departments on HR-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience within Local Government.
