- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role
- Proficient in using HRIS systems for data entry and reporting (experience with Workday, Salesforce, or Taleo is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is preferred
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software is a plus
