A dynamic and innovative Office and Finance Manager is required to support the growth of a family-run healthcare business based in the West Midlands. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and ensuring all processes are adhered to, while reviewing and improving business processes and structures.

This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and forward-thinking individual to work in an autonomous environment, where they can come up with new ideas and implement them. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing client processes, finance, and HR processes, ensuring compliance across the business, and supporting with general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a real all-round background as an Office Manager within any sector, with experience handling accounts and using QuickBooks. They will need to have a track record of implementing processes and new ideas, managing budgets and costs controls, and producing regular reports on finances, stock, and productivity performance.

The successful candidate will be working full-time, fully office-based, with some travel to the company's sites. They will be responsible for managing all properties, liaising with suppliers, negotiating costs, ensuring all IT is running smoothly, and supporting area managers with ad-hoc tasks.
