**TITLE**: HR Administrator

**Salary**: £25k-£30k

Our client is an industry leading beauty PR company, looking for a fantastic HR administrator to join their amazing team based in their beautiful new office in the heart of London. This is a great opportunity for someone who is early on in their HR career and eager to learn and grow within this field.

**The Role**

This role is heavily admin based, supporting the day-to-day running of the HR department within a small team of two, reporting into the Talent and Culture Partner.

**Duties include**:

- Coordinate HR paperwork for new starters, leavers across both UK and US teams
- Assist with the new payroll system for both UK & US
- Coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers
- Ensure the on boarding process for all new hires runs smoothly - check visa status etc
- Heavily admin based
- Be the first point of contact for any general queries within the company
- At least 6 months - 1 year experience in a HR role/ really strong admin/ payroll background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be analytically minded
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Deal with sensitive and confidential information in a mature manner
