HR Administrator needed for global shipping company
- 12 month FTC to permanent with hybrid working

**About Our Client**:
You will work for a global shipping company with over 35 thousand employees around the world who have been around since the 1880's. They're known for their supportive and inclusive culture and this is a great team to join They have modern hybrid working and brand new offices.

As the HR Administrator, you will: General HR Administration Support
- Administration and organisation of personnel files.
- Administration and organisation of various other documents (recruitment docs, invoices, appraisals, reports, etc).
- Inputting of data on the HR databases, ensuring data is entered accurately and consistently.
- Collating data where and if required for reporting purposes.
- Distribute Starters/Leavers chart on a weekly basis.
- Maintain HR records - Master HR Tracker, Invoicing Tracker, Training Tracker etc.
- Complete general reference requests.
- Ensure all organisational charts on Visio are up to date and posted on the HR SharePoint when the changes are made.
- Collation of articles, information; and preparation and distribution of monthly HR Newsletter
- Review and updating of HR SharePoint pages
- Purchase employee gifts as required (childbirth, illness, bereavement, Christmas etc).
- Administrate long service award recognition and gifts and assist with organisation of Long Service Awards dinners as appropriate.
- Register HR/Payroll visitors with reception for building access.
- Assist in updating Employee Handbook

Recruitment Administration:

- Support HR Advisors with advertising roles - organise internal adverts and manage the Vacancies space on the HR SharePoint.
- Liaise with HR Team and Line Managers to organise interviews.
- Collate interview notes and save to OneDrive.
- Maintain Recruitment records (removal of old recruitment documentation e.g. CV's etc.)
- Administration of standard offer letters and contracts
- Induction and Probation:

- set up HR files for New Starters (collect paperwork, update Induction Checklists, pass file/induction pack to HR Advisor, pass relevant information to Payroll and Reward Manager).
- take up references.
- enter new starter details into the HR database.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience in HR administration
- Good communications skills
- Good use of MS Office
