Are you an experienced HR Administrator with a strong background in providing comprehensive HR support? Do you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing various HR functions and processes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in the EC3A area as an HR Administrator.

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company committed to providing exceptional HR services to our organization. As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide full generalist HR support for teams across the organization.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries promptly, managing the HR shared mailbox effectively.
- Update and maintain employee data, including personnel files, sickness records, and employee relations documentation.
- Conduct regular checks on Right to Work queries, DBS checks, and related issues.
- Assist the HR Service Centre Manager with administrative tasks, including correspondence, file management, and data spreadsheets.
- Implement and administer HR policies and procedures.
- Handle complaints and disciplinary procedures.
- Keep line managers informed of HR-related updates and delays.
- Input all personnel changes into HR systems to support payroll deadlines and generate employee change letters.
- Support the HR Service Centre Manager in restructuring processes, including preparing business cases, consultation documents, and taking meeting notes.
- Maintain Hestia Rewards with new staff and communicate benefits statistics to employees regularly.
- Review and update HR content on the Hestia Intranet quarterly, ensuring policies are current.
- Provide cover for HR Administrator duties during periods of absence.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as required by the HR Service Centre Manager.
- Create and produce regular reports for monitoring and management purposes.
- Take responsibility for personal learning and development.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR Administrator role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and learn.
