At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to learn more about HR practically and to be provided with the opportunity to practice your learning.**

**In this role you'd learn all things "HR", work alongside a motivated team, and develop your skills within a fast paced environment.**

**You can expect the role to involve**:

- Being the first point of contact for all first line queries
- Preparing employee relation invites and outcomes.
- Taking minutes in Employee relation meetings.
- Ensuring employee files are compliant (right to work, contracts etc)
- Ensuring reports are produced in a timely manner for management information
- Processing new starters

**ABOUT YOU**:
If you’re fanatical about food and have the can-do spirit that’s created our success, Bring those qualities, with the following and you will have the recipe for success:

- CIPD Qualified, working towards it, or are interested in HR training,
- Experience within Administration and/or Customer Service roles
- HR software experience would be an advantage.
