Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation:
Salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.

The organization is transitioning from its previous ADP system to Workday HCM, making it crucial for candidates to have hands-on experience with Workday.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a background in HR Operations or HR Administration, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and advanced Excel capabilities (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).


Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a compact HR team to manage data entry across both HRIS platforms, conduct data audits, and perform various administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, benefits, payroll, and learning & development system administration.
- Oversee the migration of time-off and absence records from ADP to Workday.
- Develop help text for Employee Self Service, and assist in creating user guides, training materials, and other resources to facilitate the transition from ADP to Workday.
- Input HR-related data into both HRIS systems until the Go Live phase.
- Maintain records of holidays and absences in ADP, addressing employee inquiries as needed.
- Conduct data audits and cleansing between ADP and Workday.
- Support data migration efforts into Workday, focusing on absence and payroll.
- Assist in the creation of 'How to Guides' for Employees, Managers, and Administrators, along with training materials for the rollout of Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll.
- Design help text for Benefits Employee Self Service within Workday.
- Generate monthly headcount reports and other HR statistics.
- Promote employee benefits and ensure the Intranet is regularly updated.

Compensation Analysis:
- Evaluate benchmarking data from industry sources and adjust existing compensation levels to align with market trends.

Learning and Development:
- Prepare reporting and systems for the organization-wide implementation of online compliance training.

General Administration:
- Manage the Group HR mailbox and respond to employee inquiries.
- Oversee probation administration.
- Provide support to the HR team on various ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
- Proficiency in Workday systems.
- Familiarity with similar projects and the implementation of new HR/Payroll systems.
- Strong Excel skills.
