London Area, United Kingdom KMK HR Solutions Full time

Role: HR Operations Administrator

Industry: Tech Start-up

Full-time or part-time

Salary: £35,000

My client are a leading AI technology start-up who are looking for a data-driven HR Operations Assistant to join their rapidly expanding business. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, but someone with strong experience in HR systems and a background in technology is needed.

This is a HR analyst-style role, where you will use their global hiring platform Deel and HR system BambooHR. Experience in either is highly advantageous as you will be a super-user for these platforms, with the ability to input, collate and find data trends for the Head of People as the company continues to grow globally.

Alongside the day-to-day you will lead on an initial data cleanse project and in the future also start to manage their payroll, so payroll experience is also a huge advantage.

Other duties will include:

  • Managing all data administration on platforms like DEEL and Remote.
  • Involvement in Payroll such as MyEPayWindow and the collation of spreadsheets and reports
  • Updating People Information on Google Sheets and other databases
  • Create a HR filing system and naming conventions
  • Leading on a data cleansing project and transitioning data from one Platform to another

Experience in all of these duties is an absolute must.

This is not a front facing role. This role reports to myself and will also liaise with Talent to coordinate New Starts information, set up Employee Folders, set up Onboarding process.

You must be an experienced HR Operations Assistant with the ability to hit the ground running in a remote-working business and be a real self-starter. Experience using Slack is also great as this will be the main form of communication across the business. You will work closely with the Head of People and Talent Acquisition Manager to create a smooth-running HR function.

This role can be part-time or full-time and is fully remote, but must be UK based.
