Frazer Jones have exclusively partnered with a highly prestigious, boutique financial services firm, to hire an HR Operations Lead to enhance and streamline operations across the function.

This is a highly strategic role where you will be given a great deal of autonomy from day one, to lead the people operations strategy, make key decisions and partner with senior leaders to align business goals with HR process.

More specifically, as an HR Operations Lead, you will be responsible for;

  • Overseeing the day to day running of HR operations across the firm, ensuring needs are met and a streamlined, high touch HR service is delivered
  • Leading on projects that support both the HR Ops roadmap and wider HR objectives
  • Partnering closely with HR BPs to support and lead on process improvement, identifying frustrations / issues and creatively implementing a solution
  • Continuously look to improve process to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Work closely with the HR Systems specialist to identify, tailor and implement a new HRIS
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance, working closely with the wider business to improve relationships and reliability
  • Regular reporting on people related data, analysing to support and influence decision making
  • Manage HR Operations Associate and their development, growing the team where necessary

This is a unique and rare opportunity for someone who is looking to use their HR Operations experience in a highly strategic and autonomous role. You must have experience with enhancing process, designing and developing strategy and implementing policies.
