Senior HR Compliance and Governance Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Compliance and Governance Manager to join our team at Network HR. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our HR operations, policies, and processes are compliant with local regulations and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR leaders and Business Managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on HR compliance and governance matters, including data privacy, regulatory requirements, and employment law.
- Review and improve HR practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with global standards.
- Partner with SMEs from Legal, Compliance, Risk, Global Privacy, Audit, and other HR leaders globally to ensure effective governance and compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong technical expertise in key HR compliance areas, including data privacy, regulatory requirements, and employment law.
- Deep understanding of HR operations and risk awareness.
- Working knowledge of governance and controls.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with SMEs from various departments.
- Ability to provide accurate and business-focused advice to HR teams.
