Job Title: Senior HR Compliance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior HR Compliance Manager to join our team at Executive Network Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our HR operations, policies, and processes are established and maintained in line with local regulation and legislation, as well as global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR leaders and Business Managers to ensure compliance with local regulation and legislation.
  • Partner with SMEs from Legal, Compliance, Risk, Global Privacy, Audit, and other HR leaders globally to maintain best practices.
  • Provide accurate and business-focused advice to support HR teams in reviewing their practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead best practice and problem-solving initiatives to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in key HR compliance areas such as data privacy, regulatory requirements, and employment law.
  • Deep understanding of HR operations and risk awareness.
  • Working knowledge of governance and controls.
  • Experience of FCA regulations, including SMCR, IFPR, and MIFID.
