StoneX is a prominent financial services firm with a significant presence in key global markets. The organization is engaged in various sectors, including commercial activities, risk management, international payments, securities, physical commodities, foreign exchange, and clearing services.
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to provide essential HR support during a significant organizational transition. This role will serve as a vital resource for both management and staff, fostering collaboration and focusing on effective change implementation within the HR and management teams. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure a seamless HR service delivery following the transition, addressing critical areas to meet business objectives, alongside administrative and advisory functions with support from the HR Operations team.

Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Serving as the primary contact between StoneX Group HR and on-site HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, maintaining employee records, managing employee relations, and overseeing training and development initiatives. Collaborating with the HRBP and management teams to deliver HR services that align with organizational goals. Mentoring and guiding managers while promoting best practices. Providing advice to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures, ensuring timely and consistent resolution of inquiries. Facilitating change initiatives and aiding in the integration of the organizations.Key Responsibilities
Acting as the primary HR resource for employees and management, offering general HR guidance and support. Developing and implementing HR frameworks and processes to enhance talent attraction, development, retention, and reward strategies. Assisting the HRBP and management in creating and maintaining a comprehensive pay and career framework, including technical and non-technical competencies and compensation structures for all operational roles. Supporting the HRBP and management in establishing consistent annual review processes that link compensation to performance outcomes. Leading employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct issues, absence management, and restructuring processes, with assistance from the broader HR team. Collaborating with the HR Operations team to provide administrative support, including onboarding, probation tracking, and updates to employment terms. Facilitating the distribution of HR communications to staff and management as necessary. Participating in local or global HR initiatives and projects as required.Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
Relevant experience in a similar capacity or industry. Knowledge of implementing and managing organizational change. Strong HR and employment law expertise, with a proven track record in resolving employee relations challenges. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in large organizational settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Capacity to build trust and maintain strong relationships quickly. A solutions-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively.Preferred Qualifications
Practical experience in providing HR advisory support, ideally within a manufacturing or startup context. Experience in coaching and developing management personnel. Involvement in establishing performance, talent, and compensation frameworks. Experience in driving and managing change, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders. Strategic thinking capabilities, along with tactical execution skills. Ability to analyze data and apply insights to enhance business value. A degree in HR or a related field is advantageous. Familiarity with HRIS systems and experience in data management and reporting.-
