We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing the people strategy across our business area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Business Unit Director and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement the people strategy.
- Support the SLT in coaching and developing management capability to drive high-performing teams.
- Identify and support talent development initiatives to drive business growth.
- Manage employee engagement and address complex ER cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence change and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a multi-site HR role with a strong commercial approach.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
- Strong coaching and development skills to drive high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular travel to various locations.
