- CIPD qualified or working towards it, with a relevant degree.
- Experience in a generalist HR role within a busy office environment.
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to work across multiple sites when needed.
- A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
