Job Title: Specialist Support Advocate
Job Summary:
The West Brom is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Support Advocate to join our team. As a Specialist Support Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals who are vulnerable or potentially vulnerable. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve good outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a first-class, empathetic service to internal and external customers.
- Act as an advocate for change, with the customer at the heart of all decisions.
- Proactively manage customer accounts through core systems to achieve effective solutions.
- Liaise with third parties as required.
- Ensure delegated tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Contribute to the Society's Risk Framework by escalating identified risks.
- Comply with the FCA's Mortgage Conduct of Business (MCOB) rules, evidential provisions, and guidance.
- Take ownership of personal development and performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Fully PC literate and up to date with Microsoft applications.
- Adaptable, agile, and innovative.
- High standard of attention to detail and personal motivation.
- Analytical skills with the ability to understand complex matters and make informed decisions.
- Aware of personal impact on individuals and scenarios.
- Effective communication skills with various audiences.
- Maintain accurate administration records.
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
