Role Purpose:

Reporting to the National Account Manager, this position is pivotal in spearheading the development and execution of retail deployment strategies for designated accounts within Retail Channels. This role involves managing relationships with key National Account retailers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic implementation of transition plans within assigned accounts, ensuring a superior retailer experience.
  • Support the National Account Manager in managing accounts, including trade marketing budgets, sales initiatives, and compliance standards.
  • Act as the customer advocate within Allwyn, providing valuable retail insights to enhance brand execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful transitions.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels within the National Account to ensure alignment and support.
  • Understand retailer development processes to inform strategic planning and deployment efforts.
  • Assist in creating Joint Business Plans to meet sales and profit objectives for multiple customers.
  • Oversee the execution of Retailer Business Plans in collaboration with the National Account Manager.
  • Ensure daily operations within the account are effectively managed to uphold category standards.
  • Lead training initiatives for staff to ensure compliance with mandatory requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Analyze account performance to identify opportunities for revenue and profit maximization.
  • Demonstrate the value of the National Lottery to retailers, highlighting potential business benefits.
  • Implement participant protection initiatives in collaboration with designated customers.
  • Identify opportunities for product development and placement within retail environments.
  • Present concepts and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Explore expansion opportunities within the retailer network, optimizing product visibility and availability.

  • Experience in effective account and relationship management.
  • Solid understanding of the retail marketplace.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in analyzing financial performance and providing actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office tools.
