Role Purpose:

Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of retail deployment strategies for your assigned account within Retail Channels. You will also assist in achieving Annual Business Plans as necessary, managing relationships with key National Account retailers.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategy for implementing the transition plan within the account, ensuring a 'World Class' retailer experience.
  • Support the National Account Manager and take ownership of specific accounts, managing trade marketing budgets, driving sales, and ensuring compliance.
  • Act as the customer advocate internally and represent Allwyn externally, providing retail insights to enhance brand plans.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate the transition.
  • Collaborate with senior management within the specified National Account, navigating a comprehensive contact matrix.
  • Gain a deep understanding of retailer development processes to inform strategic planning and insights.
  • Assist in creating a Joint Business Plan to meet sales and profit targets for multiple customers.
  • Support the development of individual Retailer Business Plans aligned with the Allwyn Retail Annual Business Plan.
  • Manage daily tasks to ensure effective Lottery category management.
  • Lead training initiatives for staff across various locations, ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to engage and inform stakeholders.
  • Analyze account performance to identify opportunities and implement strategies to maximize sales and profits.
  • Demonstrate the value of the National Lottery to retailers, highlighting business opportunities.
  • Oversee the execution of participant protection initiatives with designated customers.
  • Identify opportunities for product development and placement within assigned retailers.
  • Present concepts and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Explore expansion opportunities within the retailer, optimizing product range and brand exposure.

  • Proficient in using Google and Microsoft Office tools.
