Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Controller to join our client, a leading Global supplier of Pharmaceutical products. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Grocery & Pharmacy accounts, driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance P&L performance across accounts
  • Manage joint business plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Conduct regular customer visits to ensure excellent customer service and identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in National Accounts, with a minimum of 2 years at Senior National Account or Controller level
  • Strong understanding of the Grocery retail market and experience managing accounts in this sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Clean and full UK driving license
