Day/Night Operations Supervisor at SSP Group

Compensation: £12.63
An additional £1.50 for shifts between midnight and 6am

We have (37.5hrs) positions available.

Shift pattern: Day Shift - 6:30am to 3pm / Afternoon - 2:30pm to 11pm / Night Shift - 10:30pm to 7am
Candidates must be flexible to work across all shift patterns.

Due to specific responsibilities within the Operations Supervisor role, applicants must be at least 18 years old to perform certain tasks or work specific shifts, including handling and serving alcohol.

AS AN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR YOU'LL:

Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or retail. Be responsible for creating a clean, inviting atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations, consistently striving to enhance service. Guide and support your colleagues, ensuring a safe working and dining environment while being the go-to person for daily inquiries. Coordinate team efforts, overseeing the unit's opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence, adhering to guidelines, and completing necessary documentation. Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance, championing improvements, and streamlining operations. Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading by example, promoting inclusivity and motivation. Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions, ensuring the team's success and delivering excellence in customer service.
