AS AN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR YOU'LL:

Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or retail environment. Create a clean and inviting atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations, consistently striving to enhance service. Guide and support your team, ensuring a safe working and dining environment while being the primary contact for daily inquiries. Coordinate team operations, overseeing the unit's opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence, adhering to guidelines, and completing necessary documentation.
