Job Summary

The Aircraft Appearance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the quality of cleaning standards are met within the given timeframe. This role requires a proactive approach to managing cleaning teams, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage cleaning teams to ensure all SLAs are met
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication
  • Responsible for stock management and stock takes to maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure the team maintains quality standards of cleaning
  • Set an example and deliver exceptional service
  • Efficiently plan and allocate tasks to team members
  • Monitor the team to ensure all members are working to agreed standards
  • Responsible for signing in and out equipment
  • Complete final walkthroughs with the team
  • Responsible for ensuring absence management processes are effectively managed for cleaners
  • Ensure employees perform their jobs effectively and maintain good management practices
  • Ensure all paperwork is managed and processed in line with GDPR regulations

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Approachable and courteous manner
  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in a corporate environment
  • UK full driving license essential
