Cleaning Operative

About the Role
We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Gatwick Immigration Removal Centre. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas assigned to you are cleaned to the highest standard using the equipment provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleaning stock within designated areas
- Complying with Health & Safety Cleaning Procedures
- Cleaning all areas assigned to the Cleaning Schedule
Requirements
Previous experience is essential. You must be able to operate equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and wet vac machines and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 4 and all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office.
