We are in search of a seasoned Technical Sales Consultant located on the US East Coast, who is enthusiastic about the prospect of growing an AI-driven startup. This role involves assisting clients, addressing challenges, and engaging in stimulating projects. You will play a crucial role in supporting our US clientele while also collaborating with our team in other regions.

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with our sales and partnership teams as a technical expert, engaging with potential clients. Your responsibilities will include comprehending the technical requirements of prospective customers and articulating how our platform solutions can meet their needs. You will possess a strong understanding of our platform's technical features and will be responsible for advising and designing tailored solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the functionality and practical applications of all our product offerings.
  • Assist organizations in understanding and assessing the technical capabilities of our products, ensuring alignment with their needs.
  • Interpret and analyze prospective customer requirements, delivering customized product demonstrations that align with their expectations.
  • Design, validate, and document technical solutions for prospective clients.
  • Gather and evaluate feedback from potential customers to influence product development, collaborating with engineering and product management teams to address business challenges.
  • Support the implementation manager with the technical aspects required for pilot projects.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new clients.
  • Provide training and support to partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SaaS Technical Sales Consultant or Solutions Consultant, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
  • Experience with APIs is essential.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
