Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior psychologist or CBT therapist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a key member of our staff support service, you will play a vital role in providing clinical supervision and line management to Assistant Psychologists and qualified Psychologists/CBT Therapists.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the operational and clinical running of our staff support service
  • Working with partnership organisations to implement best practice support for Healthcare staff
  • Contributing to the development of the educational, training, outreach, and consultation offer for the Keeping Well NWL service

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical or counseling psychology or equivalent
  • Professional registration with the appropriate Health Professions Council (HPC)
  • Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across various care settings
  • Experience of supervising psychological interventions
