Senior Psychological Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior psychological therapist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a senior psychological therapist, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of our psychological services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our psychological services, ensuring they are evidence-based and aligned with best practice.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members, promoting their professional development and ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development of our educational and training programs, ensuring they are relevant and effective in meeting the needs of our staff and patients.
- Work closely with our partnership organizations to identify and implement best practice support for healthcare staff, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation within our organization.

Requirements- Postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical or counseling psychology, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Professional registration with the relevant Health Professions Council, if applicable.
- Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across a range of care settings, including outpatient, community, primary care, and inpatient settings.
- Experience of supervising psychological interventions and contributing to the development of educational and training programs.
